With all the talk about budget cuts and the fiscal problems that the University and state are having, I wonder, who approved the "mud" work over on the engineering campus. Seriously, it seems like that's all they've been doing. Pick up mud. Move it, dump it. Pick it up and move it back. Repeat. If I recall correctly, the work between engineering hall and Grainger has been going on for almost 2 years now. The place doesn't look better and sure as hell doesn't smell any better. I know more than a few people who think that that money could have been spent much more wisely. I'm not ashamed to say that I think the engineering campus gets more than its share.
