According to a police report, an officer pulled the man over at the intersection of Washington and First streets for a traffic violation. The officer saw the man attempting to destroy and conceal rocks of crack cocaine.
A 19-year-old woman was arrested on Wednesday for taking money from the Discount Smoke Shop, 1508 N. Prospect Ave.
According to a police report, the woman had taken money from the business' cash register at least two times.
A junior in LAS and a 22-year-old Urbana man were arrested on Wednesday for battery outside of Barfly, 120 N. Neil St.
According to a police report, the student and the man got into a fight with bar employees after they refused to leave during closing time. They were taken to jail.
A 21-year-old man, a freshman in LAS, a senior in LAS, a freshman in FAA, a freshman in business, four 18-year-old men from Chicago, Harrisburg, Ill., Mokena, Ill., and St. Louis, and two 18-year-old women from Normal, Ill., and St. Louis were arrested on Saturday for alcohol-related charges.
According to a police report, an officer came to the 100 block of East Daniel Street to investigate a disorderly party. The 21-year-old man was arrested for possession of a keg without a license and serving alcohol to underage drinkers. The other 10 arrests were for underage consumption of alcohol. All of those arrested were issued notices to appear in court.
A 26-year-old Atwood, Ill., woman was arrested early Thursday morning for retail theft at Bigfoot, 609 E. University Ave.

A 44-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.
According to a police report, the man was found intoxicated and asleep under a tree at the 300 block of South Johnson Street. Police found a small amount of marijuana on him. The man was issued a notice to appear in court.
A 50-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday for driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a police report, the man was pulled over at the intersection of Pfeffer Road and California Avenue after swerving in and out of a lane. The officer noticed signs of impairment and found a cannabis pipe in his sock. The man was taken to jail.
A 33-year-old woman reported her bicycle was stolen on Wednesday.
According to a police report, the bike was outside of a church at the 300 block of West Green Street when an unknown suspect stole it. No suspects had been located at the time of the report.
University:
A junior in LAS was arrested on Wednesday for possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and operating an uninsured vehicle.
According to a police report, an officer stopped the woman at the 300 block of East Armory Street after she was seen swerving across the center line several times on Gregory Drive. Police found a bag of marijuana and a pipe underneath her seat.
A 43-year-old Kankakee, Ill., man was arrested on Tuesday for resisting and obstructing police and possession of alcohol on public property.
According to a police report, the man was found drinking from a can of beer in a paper bag in the parking lot of IHOP, 308 E. Green St. He was arrested after becoming verbally abusive with an officer, who had written him a notice to appear in court.
A freshman in LAS was arrested on Tuesday for retail theft at the Illini Union Bookstore, 809 S. Wright St.
According to a police report, the woman was attempting to shoplift a package of Post-it Notes, several pens and a visor when she was stopped by a manager at the store, who detained her until police arrived.
