An unknown person stole a DVD player and television from a 30-year-old woman's residence at the 600 block of North Broadway Avenue on Tuesday.
According to a police report, the woman returned to her residence to find her front window broken and the items stolen. No suspects had been located at the time of the report.
A 44-year-old man harassed a 22-year-old man with his vehicle at the intersection of Park Street and Central Avenue on Tuesday.
According to a police report, the man chased the victim for a few blocks and blocked the victim's car with his own. He then attempted to open the other man's door and broke a side mirror in the process. He also jumped on the other man's car hood and damaged the front fender. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
