Champaign:

• Two men stole three sweaters at Bachrachs, 2000 N. Neil St., on Monday.

According to a police report, the sweaters were recovered in the store's parking lot. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

• Three men and two women were arrested on Oct. 19 at a bar at the 100 block of East Green Street.

According to a police report, the five people were under 21 years of age and in possession of alcohol. They were issued notices to appear in court.

• An 11-year-old boy was detained after he stole cubic zirconia jewelry from Famous Barr, 2000 N. Neil St., on Sunday.

According to a police report, the boy attempted to leave the store without paying. A juvenile appointment had been set at the time of the report.

• Officers arrested 13 people and seized two illegal IDs during a "street sweep" at the 300 block of East Green Street on Saturday.

According to a police report, the arrests included minors in possession of alcohol and public urination.

• A 51-year-old man was arrested for possession of cannabis on East Green Street on Monday.

According to a police report, the man was stopped for speeding and the officer found 3.1 grams of cannabis in the car. The man was issued a notice to appear in court.

• A 76-year-old woman reported that an unknown person poured paint on her porch and patio at the 1300 block of West Healey Street on Tuesday.

According to a police report, no suspects have been located.

• A 19-year-old man battered an 18-year-old woman at a bar at the 200 block of East Green Street on Sunday.

According to a police report, the man was issued a notice to appear in court.

URBANA:

• Employees at Schnucks, 200 N. Vine St., observed a 21-year-old man concealing two bottles of liquor under his shirt on Tuesday.

According to a police report, employees said the man suspected he was being watched and left the bottles on different shelves throughout the store. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

• An unknown person stole a DVD player and television from a 30-year-old woman's residence at the 600 block of North Broadway Avenue on Tuesday.

According to a police report, the woman returned to her residence to find her front window broken and the items stolen. No suspects had been located at the time of the report.

• A 44-year-old man harassed a 22-year-old man with his vehicle at the intersection of Park Street and Central Avenue on Tuesday.

According to a police report, the man chased the victim for a few blocks and blocked the victim's car with his own. He then attempted to open the other man's door and broke a side mirror in the process. He also jumped on the other man's car hood and damaged the front fender. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
