Champaign:
A 48-year-old Cisco, Ill., man reported early Sunday morning that an unknown person slashed the tires on his truck while it was parked at the 600 block of East Armory Street.
According to a police report, no arrests had been made at the time of the report.
A 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy were found in possession of a car that had been stolen from a 48-year-old Champaign man at the 100 block of Roper Street early Sunday morning.
The two boys were arrested for motor vehicle theft and taken to a youth detention center, according to a police report.
A 24-year-old Champaign man reported early Sunday morning that a 24-year-old Calumet Park, Ill., man refused to leave his residence at the 200 block of South Third Street.
The man was arrested for resisting arrest and spitting on an officer, according to a police report.
An unknown suspect entered Rent-A-Center, 1505 N. Prospect Ave., Saturday morning and attempted to steal a Microsoft X-Box.
According to a police report, an officer saw the suspect take the X-Box and leave without paying for it. A chase followed, and the X-Box was recovered but the suspect was not located.
A pizza advertisement sign was reported stolen from a delivery vehicle while it was parked at the 400 block of East Chalmers Street early Sunday morning, according to a police report.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
Urbana:
A 16-year-old Urbana girl reported her car stolen Sunday afternoon at the 1100 block of West Church Street.
According to a police report, the girl's uncle took the vehicle without permission. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
An unknown offender burglarized two vehicles at the 1600 block of Curtiss Drive on Sunday morning.
According to a police report, a CD player was stolen from one of the vehicles. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
A 23-year-old Champaign woman was arrested for cannabis possession Sunday afternoon at Cunningham Avenue.
According to a police report, officers stopped the vehicle for a traffic violation. A K-9 unit was brought in and alerted officers to the presence of narcotics, and the driver then admitted to possession of a small amount of cannabis.
An unknown suspect was reported firing what was believed to be a BB gun at vehicles at the 600 block of North Lincoln Avenue on Sunday.
A 21-year-old Urbana woman's car was shot at, and other vehicles in the area also were damaged, according to a police report. Nobody was injured and no arrests had been made at the time of the report.
