Champaign:

• An unknown person entered a 20-year-old woman's unlocked residence and stole her purse at the 300 block of South Fourth Street on Tuesday.

According to a police report, credit cards, keys and a leather wallet were stolen.

No suspects had been located at the time of the report.

• An unknown person forced entry into a 25-year-old man's residence at the 200 block of East Springfield Avenue on Wednesday.

According to a police report, a jar of change and a laptop were stolen.

No suspects had been located at the time of the report.

• Two 19-year-old women were robbed at gunpoint at the 500 block of South Fourth Street on Wednesday.

According to a police report, the man stole money and then fled from the scene.

No suspects had been located at the time of the report.

• A 21-year-old man and a 25-year-old man were arrested after officers stopped a fight between the two at the 1500 block of South Neil Street on Wednesday.

According to a police report, officers responded to a call about a fight in progress in front of a local restaurant. Both men were issued notices to appear in court for battery and disorderly conduct.

• A 16-year-old boy punched a 15-year-old boy at a high school at the 800 block of West Church Street on Wednesday.

No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

• A 39-year-old man was arrested for possession of crack cocaine at the intersection of Walnut Street and Columbia Avenue on Thursday.

According to a police report, the man was stopped for operating a bicycle without a headlight. The cocaine was found after the man consented to a search.

• Police observed a 16-year-old boy run across a parked car in a parking lot at the zero block of East Anthony Drive on Wednesday.

According to a police report, the boy left no visible damage on the car. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

• A 17-year-old boy threatened to bring a gun to a community program at the 200 block of East Park Street on Tuesday.

According to a police report, the threat was made after the boy got into an argument with another person at the program. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

Urbana:

• An unknown person stole a 28-year-old man's credit cards and used them to purchase items from a local business at the 1500 block of East Washington Street on Monday.

According to a police report, the credit card company called the man to inform him of erratic activity on his account.

The man then discovered three of his credit cards missing from his wallet. No suspects had been located at the time of the report.

University:

• A 20-year-old Urbana man was arrested Tuesday night on a charge of driving without a license near the intersection of Lincoln and Springfield avenues in Urbana.

According to a police report, the man was also issued a citation for speeding.

• The EPA Laboratory, 2125 S. First St., was evacuated and searched Monday afternoon after an unknown person telephoned a bomb threat to a laboratory staff member.

According to a police report, no explosives or suspicious materials were found.

• An unknown person stole a Sony LCD projector from the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory between Nov. 7 and Nov. 10.

According to a police report, the project was worth about $6,000.

• A 18-year-old Chicago man was arrested following an incident at the Student Services Building the afternoon of Nov. 13.

According to a police report, the man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and assault.
