In an event reminiscent of 1992, a heated
presidential race led to swamped campus voting stations, causing long lines
of people waiting to cast their ballots even after the polls were supposed
to close.
BOT discusses new computer science
building
Plans
are underway for construction of the Thomas M. Siebel Center for Computer
Science and the National Center for Super Computing Applications, a building
that will encompass two square blocks on the corner of Clark Street and
Goodwin Avenue by 2003.
