Champaign:
• A bar check late Friday night at Station 211, 211 E. Green St., and early Saturday morning at Joe's Brewery, 706 S. Fifth St., netted 22 arrests for minors in possession of alcohol.
According to a police report, two 19-year-old women, a 19-year-old man, four 20-year-old women and a 20-year-old man received notices to appear in court for underage possession of alcohol at Station 211.
An 18-year-old Palos Park, Ill., woman, four 19-year-old men, five 19-year-old women, a 20-year-old man and two 20-year-old women received notices to appear in court while at Joe's Brewery.
• Champaign officers were called to assist the staff at the Secretary of State office, 2401 W. Bradley Ave., on Wednesday.
According to a police report, three subjects attempted to obtain ID cards with fake social security cards. The three subjects were arrested by state police.
• A man portrayed himself as a construction worker and robbed a 78-year-old Champaign woman's house at the 1700 block of Jeanne Street on Friday.
According to a police report, the man claimed he needed assistance from the woman. He distracted her while an accomplice gained access to the residence and burglarized it. The police report did not specify what was stolen.
• A 43-year-old Champaign woman scratched, pushed and slapped a 21-year-old Champaign man at the 2400 block of North Neil Street on Saturday.
According to a police report, she was charged with domestic battery.
Urbana:
• Police were called to an apartment at the 500 block of East Green Street on Friday for a loud music violation, and they smelled the odor of cannabis.
According to a police report, the resident, a 21-year-old Champaign man, initially denied having cannabis in his apartment but let officers search the apartment. The man was arrested with possession more than 30 grams of cannabis and drug equipment.
• A 41-year-old Champaign woman was arrested for prostitution at the 600 block of North Cunningham Road on Friday.
According to a police report, "the woman offered to exchange a sex act for money."
• Officers saw a 19-year-old Urbana man holding a mixed drink while standing in the middle of Goodwin Avenue this weekend.
According to a police report, he attempted to hide the drink and was issued a notice to appear in court for having an open alcohol container.
