Chinese officials arrest University alumnus

Chinese officials say University alumnus Charles Li, 38, was arrested in China two weeks ago for allegedly damaging public broadcast equipment. But others say Li, an American citizen and Falun Gong follower, was arrested for his beliefs and committed no crime.
