A 19-year-old female was robbed by two unknown offenders at the 1500 block of East Washington Street on Saturday.
According to a police report, the offenders approached the victim in a convenience store, demanded an item, dragged the victim outside and punched her several times. Anticipating the attack, the victim had given the item to a friend.
Police arrested a 31-year-old Peoria, Ill., woman Thursday at the 500 block of North Cunningham Avenue for possession of a controlled substance.
According to a police report, the woman was inside a car in a parking lot when an officer approached her. She agreed to a search of the car and herself. The officer found four small bags containing a white powder substance in the car and a bag containing a white rock in her pocket.

According to a police report, the man was receiving medical treatment at a local hospital. When he was moved to a bed, the drug paraphernalia fell out of his clothing and onto the floor.

According to a police report, the offender forced entry through the back door and stole a television, DVD player, mini fridge, hairclippers and money.
