According to a police report, no suspects had been located at the time of the report.

A 26-year-old man, a 24-year-old man, a 28-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman were arrested at IHOP, 308 E. Green St., on Saturday for refusing to pay for their food.

According to a police report, the four people were issued notices to appear in court.

An unknown person entered a 20-year-old man's unlocked apartment at the 200 block of South Sixth Street on Saturday.

According to a police report, the man was sleeping when the burglary occurred. No suspects had been located at the time of the report.

A 26-year-old man was arrested for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia at the 100 block of West Bradley Avenue on Saturday.

According to a police report, the man was in the passenger seat when police stopped the car for a traffic violation. Police then searched the vehicle and found the items.

The man was issued a notice to appear in court.

A 49-year-old man was arrested after he stole a six-pack of beer from a convenience store at the 200 block of West University Avenue on Sunday.

According to a police report, the man entered the store and concealed the beer in a white plastic bag. He was stopped after leaving the store without paying for the beer.

A 27-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol at the intersection of Bradley Avenue and Neil Street on Thursday.

According to a police report, an accident occurred after the man failed to yield turning left. The accident resulted in injuries and the vehicles were towed.

Urbana:

An unknown person stole a 32-year-old woman's outdoor underground lights at the 700 block of Anderson Street on Saturday.

According to a police report, the woman returned home from work to find the lights gone. No suspects had been located at the time of the report.

A 19-year-old man was arrested for possession of cannabis at the 500 block of South Vine Street on Sunday.

According to a police report, the car was stopped for a traffic violation when officers smelled the odor of burnt cannabis coming from inside the car.

A 44-year-old woman was arrested after giving a false name and date of birth to officers at Lakeside Terrace on Saturday.

According to a police report, the woman knew of a warrant for her arrest in Chicago and gave the false information when Urbana police were investigating another incident. The officers returned to arrest her for the warrant and obstructing justice.

A 29-year-old woman stole checks from a 39-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman at the 2000 block of Brookens Circle on Sunday.

According to a police report, the woman was hired as a cleaning person for the victim's residence when she cashed the checks without permission. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
