Champaign:

A 34-year-old Rankin, Ill. woman stole items from Wal-Mart, 913 W. Marketview Dr. on Sunday afternoon.

According to a police report, she concealed the items in her coat and left without paying. She was arrested and taken to jail.

Police responded to a report of a 44-year-old Chicago, Ill. woman threatening harm to a 20-year-old Urbana woman at the 200 block of West Bradley Avenue on Saturday morning, according to a police report.

No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

A burglary was reported on Sunday evening at the 500 block of Fourth Street.

According to a police report, an unknown suspect forced entry into the residence and stole a computer, Sony Playstation 2 and several DVDs. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

An unknown suspect damaged two windows of a fraternity house at the 400 block of East Daniel Street on Sunday morning, according to a police report.

No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

A burglary occurred at Paca Preservation, at 44 E. Washington St. on Saturday afternoon.

According to a police report, an unknown suspect forced a window out of the door, entered the business, and stole an unknown amount of cash. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

Urbana:

An unknown offender stole a large amount of cash from a 30-year-old Urbana woman's residence at the 500 block of Shurts Street on Saturday evening.

According to a police report, no arrests have been made.

A 17-year-old boy was stopped and arrested for driving with an obstructed windshield and possession of cannabis at the intersection of Main Street and Smith Road.

According to a police report, he was driving with a suspended license and a search of the vehicle revealed a bag of cannabis and a cannabis pipe.

An unknown offender stole a 30-year-old woman's bike from a locked rack at Prairie School, 2101 E. Washington St., on Sept. 2.

According to a police report, it was recovered at a residence and returned Friday afternoon. No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

A 35-year-old Champaign man was arrested at the 800 block of Glover Street late Friday night.

According to a police report, the man was driving a car and was stopped for a traffic violation. The man then tried to elude police but was eventually stopped in a private driveway. He had no drivers license, no insurance and the seven-day permit affixed to the vehicle was for a different vehicle.

University:

A 20-year-old Urbana man was arrested for driving without a license at the intersection of Lincoln and Springfield avenues on Nov. 18, according to a police report.

The EPA Laboratory at the 2100 block of South First Street was evacuated and searched Nov. 17 after an unknown person called in a bomb threat to a staff member.

According to a police report, no arrests have been made and no explosives were found.
